Cancellations, Rescheduling & Fitness to Drive
To ensure the smooth running of our bookings and fairness to all pupils, the following terms apply:

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any driving lesson.

Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full lesson fee being forfeited.

No-shows, including situations where the pupil is not present or not ready to begin the lesson at the scheduled time, will also result in the full lesson fee being forfeited.

Lessons cancelled or rescheduled between 24–48 hours’ notice may be charged at the instructor’s discretion or may incur a partial fee.

Fitness to Drive: If a pupil arrives for a lesson but is not in a suitable condition to drive — including but not limited to being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, excessively fatigued, distressed, or otherwise impaired the instructor reserves the right to refuse to conduct the lesson. In such cases, the decision is at the instructor’s discretion, and the full cost of the lesson may be forfeited.
Use of Vehicle and Insurance Coverage
Where driving lessons are conducted using the driving school’s vehicle, all instruction is covered under the driving school’s insurance policy, including any accidents that may occur during the lesson.
However, where a pupil chooses to undertake lessons in their own private vehicle, the pupil acknowledges that the driving school and the instructor’s insurance cannot provide cover for any accidents, damage, or liability arising during such lessons.
In these circumstances, the pupil accepts full responsibility for ensuring that their own vehicle is appropriately insured for instructional use.
By booking a lesson, pupils agree to these terms.
